Ron Diris
Welcome to my personal website! I am an Assistant Professor at the Economics department of Leiden University. My research mainly focuses on the economics of education, with specific attention to the design of educational systems, the use of achievement tests and the importance of noncognitive skills. Additionally, I analyze the interaction between social policy and labour market outcomes.

I am a research fellow at the IZA Institute of Labor Economics.
